Adult Tennis Clinic

Classes run 60min and 90-minutes and give you a great mix of movement, instruction and point play depending on the group level.

Semi-private for Adults

1-hour group fitness program featuring the heart pumping effects and skills delivering the ultimate full body.

It is distance learning where the instructor uses video communication to provide instructions, technique corrections and exercises to improve the tennis game.

We believe in a student-focused approach, where players take an active role in their development by setting goals and working on their ‘inner game’ as well as strategic and technical skills.
Our lessons are designed to build a solid foundation to get you started, then rapidly improve your game and work towards your goals in tennis.
