All lessons are to be paid for before the start of the session.
Term fee must be paid before the beginning of the first lesson of the term.
Private & Semi-Private Coaching Policy
* All classes cancelled by Tennis Perfect will be made up at a time mutually agreed between the parties.
* All private coaching cancellations made by a participant with more than 24 hours notice (to either 0423714373 or olga@tennisperfect.com.au) will be made up a time mutually agreed between the parties.
* For semi-private coaching, if both participants cancel with more than 24 hours notice (0423714373 or olga@tennisperfect.com.au) the lesson will be made up at a time mutually agreed between the parties, however if one pupil is to miss no make-up class will be offered as the session still goes ahead with the other pupil regardless.
* All cancellations made by the participant, with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged as if the lesson took place. However, Tennis Perfect may consider another family member having the lesson.
If you are unable to attend a session, 24 hours notice must be given to a Tennis Perfect coach and a make up lesson will be arranged. If no notice is given, there will be no make up lesson and payment for that particular lesson will be forefeited.
Term:
Maximum of two make-up lessons per term allowed.
Your fees are payable by the term. The due date on the invoice is in most cases on or before the date of your first lesson of the term. Our costs don’t change if you attend your group lesson or not. We have held your place and by booking your group lesson you have made a commitment for a term payment.
Payment is not attendance based and no refunds or credits will be given if you miss a lesson for any reason.
We do allow make-up lessons in certain circumstances. (Emergency/hospitalisation, doctor certificate has to be provided).
If you suffer from an injury and won’t be able to participate for the remainder of a term then with a doctors certificate a credit will be issued.
Apart from lessons cancelled by Tennis Perfect, missed group lessons due to factors outside of our control do not guarantee a make up lesson or reduced term fee. However if the reason for a missed lesson is due to medical factors/ hospitalisation and a medical certificate is provided we will make arrangements for the student to be placed in another lesson for a make-up (max 2 per term).
▶ All make up lessons will be arranged during the School Term or School Holiday period. In the event that this is not possible a credit may be arranged for the following Term. It is the student’s responsibility to contact Tennis Perfect and organise a make up lesson.
Should the courts be unusable due to wet weather the coach will declare a ‘wash out’ and will endeavor to notify students at their earliest convenience. Any Hot Shot or group lessons declared a ‘wash out’ will either be made up at an alternative date either in the final week of term or on the school holidays or Tennis Perfect may ask you to book into a make-up class on an alternative day.
When the temperature reaches 37 degrees and over at the Tennis Club, all coaching sessions will be suspended until the temperature drops. Please be aware the temperature will be taken at the venue and your safety is our primary concern.
Lessons may be cancelled in the event of rain or extreme heat. In the event of rain, a decision will be made close to the time of the lesson with enough notice to travel, unless the weather is such that a decision can be made earlier. All notification will be made via SMS. When the temperature is 37 degrees or above, Tennis Perfect’s Heat policy will be enforced and lessons will be suspended until the temperature drops. If you are not contacted, assume the lesson will go ahead as planned. If lessons cannot be conducted a makeup lesson will be arranged. Tennis Perfect will be the determinant of weather lessons go ahead in any weather circumstances.
Photography & Video Images
I acknowledge that Tennis Perfect may film, use video analysis and photography during tennis lessons, programs, and events. It is acknowledged and agree that this usage, may be used for marketing and promotion including our website, social media and other marketing material. If you have any objections to you or your child’s photos or video being used, please notify us in writing.
Medical & Liability
I hereby authorise the staff of Tennis Perfect to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. I release Tennis Perfect from any and all liability for injury or illness and costs, incurred while undertaking a program or event with Tennis Perfect.
